Description We are looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking front desk team member to support housing-related administrative and resident-facing services in Chelsea, Massachusetts. This Contract position plays an important role in welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and assisting with eligibility, rent-related communication, and appointment coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills while managing sensitive information with care.
Responsibilities:
β’ Welcome applicants, tenants, and visitors at the front desk while providing courteous bilingual support in Spanish and English.
β’ Review income information and apply established guidelines to help calculate tenant rent amounts accurately.
β’ Evaluate application details against housing program criteria to support eligibility determinations.
β’ Draft and distribute written notices regarding rent updates, appointments, and other tenant-related matters.
