LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 1-year term with its Ottawa-based customer.
Work Location
The successful candidate will be required to work 1 day per week on-site at the customer headquarters in Ottawa.
Key Tasks
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define roles and develop staffing plans
- Review and refine job descriptions; post vacancies through appropriate channels
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates; coordinate interview logistics and reference checks
- Administer language assessments and other required testing
- Prepare candidate shortlists and coordinate with internal Communications on job postings
