LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 1-year term with its Ottawa-based customer.

Work Location

The successful candidate will be required to work 1 day per week on-site at the customer headquarters in Ottawa.

Key Tasks

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define roles and develop staffing plans
• Review and refine job descriptions; post vacancies through appropriate channels
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates; coordinate interview logistics and reference checks
• Administer language assessments and other required testing
• Prepare candidate shortlists and coordinate with internal Communications on job postings
• Coach leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
