Dispatchers play a critical role in coordinating towing operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused experience. This position combines logistics coordination with customer service, supporting safe and timely vehicle pickups and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities: Bilingual - Spanish

+ Assign tow trucks and drivers strategically to meet pickup and delivery schedules, maximizing productivity and on-time performance

+ Plan daily transportation needs, monitor workload, and secure additional resources through secondary towing partners when demand exceeds capacity

+ Provide outstanding service to towing partners and customers through clear communication, timely updates, and professional support

+ Prepare and manage required paperwork for each pickup and delivery, including handling check and cash payments when applicable
