Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant - Receptionist Endocrinology Clinic | Remote | Part-Time | 30 Hours/Week | $6.5/hour

We are looking for a Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant / Receptionist to support a growing endocrinology clinic that serves both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.

This role is adecuado for someone who is confident in a fast-paced medical environment and enjoys being a reliable support partner to both the provider and the clinic team.

You will play an important role in helping the clinic stay organized, responsive, and clinically prepared throughout the day.

The position combines live scribing, chart preparation, prior authorization support, patient coordination, phone support, and backup administrative coverage.

The clinic already has an established workflow, so we are looking for someone who can quickly integrate into the team, follow systems well, and provide dependable support with accuracy and professionalism.
