Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced **Billing & Collections (Lead)** to oversee a team responsible for the collection and recovery of payments for physician and medical claims. This individual will lead daily billing and collections operations, provide coaching and mentorship to staff, and ensure compliance with government payer regulations and revenue cycle best practices.

**Location:** Irwindale, CA (Onsite)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
**Pay:** $27 - $31 Hourly
