Job Description

• Validate requested billing adjustments.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Assist the B2C and billing teams with MEC activities.
• Support in-scope billing activities daily.
• Provide excellent customer service through verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency.
• At least 1 year of experience in B2C, billing, or collections.
• Ability and aptitude for learning new concepts.
• Experience with Oracle is desirable.
