Position Overview

Billing Assistant:

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a property management company business based near Regents Park who are looking for a Billing Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

* Process and verify daily operational activity to prepare accurate client invoices

* Apply and manage contract-related charges, adjustments, and additional billing costs where required

* Liaise with the sales department to review and authorise non-standard invoicing requests

* Monitor, reconcile, and maintain accurate records of customer usage, payments, and contract balances

* Prepare and issue account statements to clients in a timely manner

* Respond to billing and account-related enquiries from clients professionally and efficiently

* Develop positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

* Attend meetings with internal departments and external clients to resolve invoicing or payment queries
