Billing Executive (Transport & Trading)
Job Responsibilities - Prepare and issue transport and trading invoices accurately and on time
- Verify delivery orders (DO), job sheets and supporting documents
- Process customer billing and maintain billing records
- Follow up on billing discrepancies and customer enquiries
- Coordinate with operations, drivers and accounts departments
- Assist with accounts receivable (AR), payment follow-up and bank reconciliation
- Prepare billing reports and support month-end closing
Job Requirements - Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
- Relevant experience in transport & trading industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of MYOB Accounting Software is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently
