Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate billing systems for efficiency
• Document and manage defects with JIRA tools
• Collaborate with IT for defect resolution
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Develop regression test cases for system changes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
