We are at an active point in our BIM journey and we are looking for the right person to assist in its implementation.

Please note: This is a part-time based role. Our ideal candidate is technical enough to model and coordinate, and experienced enough to build internal capability from the ground up.

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT & STANDARDS

• Develop, implement, and maintain JPA's Office BIM Execution Plan (BEP) as a living practice document.
• Establish and enforce office-wide BIM standards covering naming conventions, folder structures, model setup rules and drawing registers.
• Ensure consistent application of information management principles across all projects.
• Conduct audits of Revit templates, dlive project files, and existing families.
