Summary

The BIM Modeler is responsible for using multiple software platforms to create construction drawings and models in support of project needs and pursuits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models of structural steel, concrete, masonry, earthwork, topography and other divisions of work as requested.
• Provide means & methods drawing support for field operations.
• Create and maintain concrete and masonry lift drawings and various other models and drawings of topography, concrete and masonry reinforcing shop drawings, structural steel, piping, or others as needed.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and enforcement of the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project‑specific VDC implementation strategy, ensuring adherence by internal teams and external trade partners.
