Position Overview

Responsible for and initiate BIM Project Federation. 
Responsible of BIM workflow. 
Manage and maintain BIM execution plan and ensure the team complies with it. 
Implement BIM Project Standards. 
Lead internal Weekly BIM Coordination Meetings. 
Execute Quality Control (QC) Procedures. 
Daily model management administration and maintenance 
Monitor and Control BIM Weekly Progress Submissions, and coordinate the integration of models from different disciplines. 
Provides BIM training where needed 
Lead creating high detailed and advanced families 
Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines 
Extensive experience within Interior Design specifically 
Prepare and maintain/manage templates 
Confidence in managing a BIM team. Responsible for BIM team output and project resourcing
