Lead the implementation of BIM workflows and processes within a project or organization.
Handle Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) meetings, including Internal and Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM), to resolve design and construction issues instantly using BIM models and mitigate latency in decision making.
Coordinate with Consultants (AR/ST), System‑Wide Contractors (SWC) and Sub‑Contractors (MEP) to ensure discipline‑specific design and construction conflicts identified in clash detection analysis are resolved and rectified.
Use Navisworks to generate the Clash Detection Report and Bim Collab to enhance report progress.
Review and validate models created by different disciplines to ensure they are clash‑free, accurate, and compliant with project requirements.
Liaise with the Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.
