Assist in the preparation and updating of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in accordance with the Singapore BIM Guide and project requirements.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary design models to ensure accuracy, clash‑free integration, and compliance with BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
Review and manage model data exchange to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions, and track as well as resolve identified issues.
Support BIM model submissions to local authorities.
Maintain close coordination with consultants and construction teams to ensure alignment between BIM models and site conditions.
