1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Information Management & Coordination
Develop and execute the Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP) in alignment with the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and project milestones.
Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive clash detection across all disciplines utilizing Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Build.
Review and validate design models, construction models, as-built models, model-based Room Layout Sheets (RLS), and Room Data Sheets (RDS) in strict accordance with project CDE and the CBEP.
Instruct and monitor Model Authors to incorporate the latest design changes, revisions, and construction instructions accurately and expeditiously.
Ensure all major elements and first-fix MEP services are virtually clash-free prior to any information exchange or milestone submission.
