Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors & engineers. 
Manage and prepare models and shop drawings to support the construction works. 
Coordinate structural & architectural works during the construction process. 
Possess good knowledge of structure and architectural details. 
Lead and manage an in-house modelling offsite team for BIM delivery. 
Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as authorities to resolve structural or architectural design and construction issues. 
Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects. 
Liaise with clients, consultants and prepare/conduct weekly progress reports and technical meetings. 
Ensure subcontractors and vendors follow the specifications and standards in the project VDC implementation. 
Have experience in large‑scale projects such as commercial towers.
