Position Overview

            1. Architectural Modeling & Technical Delivery • Oversee and execute high-quality architectural BIM modeling from schematic design (SD) through construction documentation (CD). • Translate architectural sketches, PDFs, and design concepts into precise, parametric 3D models and comprehensive construction drawings. • Author and manage complex architectural families, templates, and project parameters to ensure model agility and data integrity. 
2. Mentorship & Team Empowerment 
• Act as the frontline technical mentor for architectural modelers and junior leads, setting the bar for modeling speed and quality. 
• Conduct regular internal peer reviews and quality audits to drastically minimize revisions and modeling errors. 
• Upskill the team on advanced platform features, automation shortcuts, and international drafting conventions.
