We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Lead to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a BIM Lead you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our projects ensuring efficient collaboration between various disciplines and optimizing project outcomes.

• Develop and maintain BIM standards protocols and workflows for the organization
• Lead and coordinate BIM teams across multiple projects ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers and contractors to integrate BIM processes into project lifecycles
• Oversee the creation and management of 3D models ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Conduct clash detection analyses and coordinate resolution of conflicts between different building systems
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and methodologies
