My client a leading Real Estate Developer requires a BIM Manager - Buildings to lead the implementation, governance, and delivery of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across a portfolio of major residential, hospitality, mixed‑use, commercial, healthcare, and community developments. UAE experiene is mandatory.

Acting as the client‑side BIM lead, this role will oversee consultant and contractor compliance, manage digital project delivery, and ensure BIM processes support project objectives throughout design, construction, handover, and asset management stages.

• Lead the implementation of BIM standards, procedures, and digital delivery requirements across building projects.
