Due to several recent major project wins, and in line with an ambitious growth plan, we are looking for an MEP BIM Lead to join the London office of a leading, engineering-led Design and Build contractor.

Key Responsibilities
- The MEP BIM Lead will be responsible for managing external BIM and CAD Bureaus.
- Acting as the UK BIM Lead on projects such as commercial fit-outs, new builds and hotels.
- Supporting project teams with technical BIM expertise.
- Reviewing and coordinating models where required.
