About the role
SMITECH is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation, coordination and model management for a major Civil and M&E construction project. This role will work closely with the project delivery team, consultants, subcontractors, engineers, coordinators and management to ensure accurate BIM modelling, clash coordination, drawing production, model quality control and project digital delivery. This project role is to be based on site on a 5.5-day work week. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall BIM strategy, BIM execution planning and model coordination for Civil, Structural, Architectural and M&E works. Develop, implement and maintain the project BIM Execution Plan, modelling standards, naming conventions, coordination workflows and model submission requirements.
