Build, update, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models, focusing on electrical systems such as lighting, power, ELV, and fire alarm.
Work with the VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) team to identify clashes and coordinate electrical systems with structural and architectural elements.
Prepare shop drawings, submission drawings, and as-built drawings according to project needs.
Ensure all models and drawings meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
2–3 years in BIM modeling and MEP coordination.
