Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Develop and refine technical drawings and 3D models using BIM software. 
Analyze and integrate project specifications, layouts, and design requirements into drafting work. 
Work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure precision and adherence to industry standards. 
Manage and update project documentation and drawing records. 
Support in identifying and resolving design and technical challenges during project execution. 
 Job Requirements  Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks). 
Complete at least 2 HDB/Condo Project 
Must have minimum 3 years of experience in drafting for M&E construction in Singapore.
