Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Prepare BIM Model (3D in Revit MEP) & Shop Drawings (2D in AutoCAD) for submission as per schedule (Fire Protection & ACMV).
  • Update BIM Model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of Shop Drawings.
  • Work closely with Project Teams on drawing amendments & updates.
  • Attend BIM Coordination meeting.
  • Complete any other related tasks as assigned by Project Manager / Director.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Singapore (Mechanical Building Services: Fire & ACMV).
  • Priority for knowledge of Singapore Standards (CP52, CP10, SS575 & etc.).
  • Good skill in using Revit MEP, AutoCAD & Navisworks Manage.
  • Able to work in a team, as well as independently and responsibly.
  • Flexible & easily adapt to learn.
  • Able to work under pressure.
