Key Responsibilities
Prepare precast shop drawings for HDB projects.
Develop detailed 3D models of precast concrete components, including walls, beams, columns, slabs, and connections, using BIM software such as Revit or Tekla Structures.
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to generate accurate models and shop drawings for precast manufacturing and fabrication.
Raise RFIs (Requests for Information) when inconsistencies or discrepancies are identified in consultant drawings.
Revise and update models and shop drawings based on comments, feedback, and project requirements.
Issue approved shop drawings to the production team for manufacturing purposes.
Coordinate with other drafters and modelers to ensure the accuracy and consistency of models and drawings.
Develop and maintain standardized models for precast components.
Requirements
Diploma or ITE qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering.
