We are seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented BIM Modeller with an architectural background to support our digital delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing, maintaining, and updating high-quality BIM models across all project stages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project BIM standards — with a particular focus on Land Transport Authority (LTA) and civil infrastructure projects.

• Develop, maintain, and update accurate architectural BIM models in Autodesk Revit in accordance with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Level of Development (LOD) requirements, and agreed modelling standards.
