KeyResponsibilities / Job Description:
. Createand update BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
. ModelBAS-related systems, including:
. HVAC controls, BMS, Control Panels,Sensors & filed devices, Network Cabling & Control Wiring
. Prepareshop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
. Coordinatewith mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), architectural, and structuralteams to resolve clashes.
. Participatein BIM coordination meetings and perform clash detection using tools such asAutodesk Navisworks.
. Ensuremodels comply with project BIM standards and client requirements.
. Extractquantities and schedules from BIM models when required.
. Updatemodels based on site changes, RFIs, and engineering revisions.
. Supportengineers and project managers with technical documentation.
Required:
. Degree/ Diploma in Architecture / Structural / M&E Engineering / Construction orequivalent
