Position Overview

Key Responsibilities / Job Description:
  • Create and update BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Model BAS-related systems, including: HVAC controls, BMS, Control Panels, Sensors & field devices, Network Cabling & Control Wiring.
  • Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), architectural, and structural teams to resolve clashes.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and perform clash detection using tools such as Autodesk Navisworks.
  • Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements.
  • Extract quantities and schedules from BIM models when required.
  • Update models based on site changes, RFIs, and engineering revisions.
  • Support engineers and project managers with technical documentation.
