Job Description

• 3D Modeling: Develop and manage detailed 3D discipline-specific models (Architectural, Structural, or MEP/ELV) using Autodesk Revit according to project BIM execution plans (BEP).

• Drawing Production: Extract and prepare 2D construction drawings, shop drawings, sectional details, and as-built drawings directly from the BIM model for site installation.

• Clash Detection: Run spatial coordination and clash analysis using Navisworks , identify interferences across different trades, and propose technical solutions to the engineering team.

• Model Maintenance: Ensure BIM models are updated promptly with any site variations, Request for Information (RFI) clarifications, and design amendments throughout the project life cycle.
