Purpose:

The Biomedical Technician is responsible for ensuring the integrity of patient contact devices (equipment) for the Hamilton facility. When necessary, the Biomedical Technician will perform simple repairs or send out selected pieces of equipment for external service. The Biomedical Technician makes optimal use of specialized technical knowledge and experience in servicing the Company’s equipment inventory and some patient owned-devices on a limited basis.
