The Municipal Financial Management Internship Programme (MFIP) 2026 is offered under the Budget and Treasury Office. It is a two-year contract position, with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The programme provides practical experience in municipal finance management and ends with a qualification in Municipal Finance Management in line with the Municipal Regulations on Minimum Competency Levels.
