Position Overview

  • Control the bitumen sprayer to apply materials to road surfaces at specified rates and tolerances.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, handling hot bitumen safely, and operating heavy machinery on public roads.
  • Operate bitumen spray equipment as per Company procedures.
  • Carry out daily checks, cleaning spray bars, and conducting maintenance on the sprayer.
  • Loading, heating, and monitoring the viscosity and temperature of bitumen in the tank.
  • Flush tanks as per flushing matrix to prevent product contamination.
  • Wash exterior of the truck regularly.
