Description: Summary:

As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system
operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and
cooling.

•Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL:( Kyoto Gardens Dr, Palm Beach Gardens, FL .)
Hours of Work - am - pm; some overtime - possibly about hours a week (it varies)
ON-CALL - Rotating schedule every rd week.
Candidate is responsible for responding to the site after hours if the alarms go off. We need candidates at the site when this happens within minutes (at the latest by hour but expectation is minutes)
