**Job Overview**

+ **Role:** Manufacturing / Blending Operator (Pharmaceutical background preferred)
+ **Location / Schedule:** Davie, FL Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm EST (includes two 30-minute lunch breaks). Overtime may be required.
+ **Compensation:** $23.00/hr
+ **Duration:** 6-month contract with potential for extension or temp-to-perm conversion based on performance and openings.

**Core Candidate Requirements**


+ **Experience:** Preferred 1+ years in manufacturing, specifically with material blending and granulations. Must show job stability (at least 1 year in each of the last 2 positions).
+ **Education:** High School Diploma or GED.
+ **Skills:** Basic math, strong English literacy (reading, writing, speaking), and ability to learn quickly. Knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations is highly desired.
