The role involves weighing, mixing and blending ingredients, ensuring full batch traceability, accurate documentation, and consistently high standards of quality, hygiene and safety.

The successful candidate will be detail-focused, methodical and comfortable working in an audit-ready environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out weighing, mixing and blending of ingredients in line with production plans and batch instructions.

* Follow detailed recipes, specifications and batch records accurately.
