Spinnaker’s Supply Chain Consulting practice is a community. We value our delivery to the client and our support of each other day in and day out. Our work has us operating in a mixed environment between mainly on-site at a client partner, and occasionally remotely (work from home). Consultants must have a strong drive to acquire knowledge of processes, systems, and client’s business on a rapid timeline. They must be able to quickly formulate and validate future state business process and solution configuration designs, with emphasis in the JDA SCPO applicate suite. Compiling high quality documentation and presentations on a short timeline, being comfortable facilitating discussions, and giving polished presentations is mandatory. A consultant within our practice should be comfortable in the front of a meeting room or classroom; be it facilitating or teaching two people or thirty people.
