Handle end-to-end BMS project execution

Responsibilities

• Site coordination with contractors, consultants and clients
• Installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of BMS systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues on site
• Programming and configuration of controllers (Siemens preferred)
• Integration of HVAC, lighting and other building automation systems
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Prepare site reports, documentation and as-built drawings
• Ensure quality and safety standards are followed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field is required
• Strong experience in Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Siemens BMS experience is preferred (Desigo or similar)
• Experience with other BMS systems (Honeywell / Schneider / Delta / Tridium, etc.) is an advantage
