Drive the execution of Transform with ADD (AI, Digital and Data) initiatives by digitising Global Markets (GM) data and workflows and converting processes into scalable, repeatable automation.

Embed controls‑by‑design into GM processes—validation, exception routing and traceability—via the ADD process.

Amplify productivity by using Copilot and act as the AI champion/steward to build and implement an Agentic AI Assistant using Copilot CoWork/Studio for all automatable tasks.

Accelerate GM throughput by streamlining high‑volume operational processes, strengthening delivery predictability with standardised workflows and clear hand‑offs, and improving turnaround time for internal customers.

Continue to build GM digital capabilities through the internal MyGM platform (e.g., task and GM management workflows) to improve execution discipline, accuracy and speed.
