BMW Part Consultant

We are looking for a Parts Consultant to advise customers on vehicle parts and ensure exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Complete orders from stock and notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or materials that need immediate attention.
• Communicate with and assist customers, service advisors, and technicians in fulfilling parts orders in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Provide and ensure exceptional customer service in the Parts Department.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience working as a Parts Consultant for a major retailer and strong technical knowledge of vehicles and parts.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
