Job Description

This role will be supporting DA Delivery team by familiarizing HUB processes specific to Projects, KPIs, queries for all collection services and execute them in coordination with local level HUB resources / local Delivery resources as per SOP & SLAs as per aligned timelines.

Understand country level exceptions, nuances, timelines, requirements etc in detail and work with your manager to bring standardization in future operations.

• Track country level project set up together with DA COE & DA Delivery for each project & support progress tracking of each project.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders on an aligned frequency for each project.
• Chrono: Extract data from Chrono (Power BI) as per desired frequency, compute time spent in field, % scanning etc, share questionable time spent to field team to get factual reasons and close the issue.
