Contractor with opportunity for full time in future. 15-20 hours per week

This will include travel to Missouri City, Alvin, Pearland, to see clients in person.
As a BCBA, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supervising ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role requires a balance of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for making meaningful differences in clients’ lives.


Responsibilities:

+ Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans

+ Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team members
