Boat Crew & Service Assistant reports directly to the Captain. They are responsible for maintaining the vessel’s state of readiness while instructing and assisting the families throughout the entirety of the voyage and sea scattering service.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**SAFETY**

+ Maintains passenger safety about the vessel.
+ Acts as First Responder in the event of any marine casualty, including but not limited to, INJURY, MOB, FIRE, FLOODING, GROUNDING, and ANCHORING

**GUEST SERVICES**

+ Coordinates the events and timing of the voyage and scattering service
+ Physically assists guests with mobility and stability needs
+ Provides a warm and attentive presence to all guests aboard M/V Naiad

**VESSEL READINESS**

+ Keeps the vessel stocked with supplies, before, during, and after each trip
