Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies and ensure readiness for daily operations. Review client waiver forms and assess suitability of treatments based on guests' health conditions. Provide consistent and professional body massage treatments in line with certified practices and company standards. Escort guests to the relaxation area post-treatment and assist with beverages and future booking arrangements. Actively promote spa treatments, products, promotions, and packages to clients. Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment, while controlling product usage to manage costs. Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization standards as per company policies. Perform cleaning, preparation, and restocking of treatment rooms after each session. Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Participate in ongoing training programs to upgrade skills and improve service quality.
