Minimum requirements: Trade Tested Boilermaker with a valid Red Seal certification. Minimum 35 years post-trade experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong experience in fabrication, welding, steel structures, and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Competent in MIG, TIG, and arc welding processes. Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures in a plant environment.
