Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bookings Operator to join our team and play a critical role in the Video Business Unit’s Occasional Use (OU) operations in the Americas. The role combines front-line customer service with technical coordination, capacity management, and cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless satellite service delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Provide professional customer support in a timely manner for all Video Business Unit Occasional Use requests, maximizing dedicated available satellite capacity.
• Coordinate and collaborate with a Global Occasional Use team to meet the needs of international clients across all Eutelsat fleet and coverages.
• Perform analysis to propose the most suitable satellite and beam combinations for each Customer request.
