We help US businesses hire applicants from Latin America and the Philippines, and we have multiple open ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working with the business directly, we handle the hiring and recruiting process.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable
- Process and reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage payroll and expense reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
**Qualifications**
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
