Our client is looking for a reliable and detailoriented Bookkeeper & Admin Executive with strong experience in Zoho Books financial administration and VAT filing preferably within the automotive industry . This role requires excellent organizational skills a strong understanding of financial workflows and the ability to handle communication with clients and suppliers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accurate bookkeeping and accounting using Zoho Books
Prepare and submit VAT returns as per UAE tax regulations
Create issue and track invoices and follow up on bill collection
Record and reconcile bills purchases and expenses
