Role Overview

We're looking for a detail‑oriented and trustworthy Part‑Time Bookkeeper to help us keep our finances organized and up to date. You'll work closely with the business owner and play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day‑to‑day financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts)


• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable


• Reconcile bank statements and petty cash


• Prepare basic financial reports (weekly/monthly)


• Monitor supplier invoices and client billing


• Assist with BIR compliance and tax filing preparation


• Maintain organized and accurate financial records

Qualifications
