The person in this role will support financial operations across payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting while working closely with leadership to maintain reliable financial records and job cost visibility.


Responsibilities:

• Maintain the general ledger by reviewing account activity, correcting coding issues, and preparing journal entries that support accurate financial reporting.

• Record and adjust job cost transactions, monitor budgets and cost codes, and confirm that project expenses are assigned to the proper jobs.
