We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and supporting month-end close activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of company records.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
+ Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
+ Maintain the general ledger and financial records
+ Prepare and post journal entries
+ Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
+ Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting activities
+ Process payroll and maintain payroll records, if applicable
+ Monitor cash flow and track expenses
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
